You're a thoughtful, creative soul seeking deeper self-understanding and meaning in life. Perhaps you're grappling with anxiety, processing trauma, or navigating existential questions about purpose and authenticity. You value genuine connection and are drawn to approaches that honor your unique lived experience. Adults exploring purpose and parents supporting children’s growth will discover strength through creative play and body-based mindfulness—practices that honor your unique way of being.
I blend existential-phenomenological therapy with Play Therapy and body-based techniques. For children, we use creative play (puppets/sand trays) to explore feelings; adults engage focused awareness and metaphor work to uncover deeper patterns. My approach creates a safe space to process trauma, manage anxiety, and nurture self-discovery.
Grounded in existential principles and body-based techniques, we’ll address life’s big questions while fostering authentic growth. Together, we’ll navigate your inner landscape with curiosity, exploring both symptoms and your unique way of being-in-the-world. If my approach resonates, I invite you to reach out
